Atelier Pagnamenta Torriani's Mariners Harbor Branch Library, a project for the Department of Design & Construction and the New York Public Library, wins a 2008 Award for Excellence in Design from the New York City Design Commission. The award was presented during a ceremony with the Mayor at the New Museum.
